Note:
Place an oxygen inhibiting gel, such as Vaseline or
glycerine, over ResiLute to cure it at the margins.
Instructions
- Adhesively
prepare tooth and restorative surfaces for bonding
following instructions for use for Pulpdent
DenTASTIC UNO-DUO , DenTASTIC
All Purpose
or your preferred dental adhesive system. Prime porcelain
surfaces with Pulpdent Silane
Bond Enhancer in accordance with instructions
for use.
- If
placing a metal matrix, first coat the matrix with
wax or other separating medium to avoid bonding with
the matrix.
- Mix
equal amounts of ResiLute
Parts 1 and 2 for 15 seconds.
- Apply
ResiLute to the adhesively
prepared surface of the restoration and seat the restoration.
- If
light curing, cure for 20 seconds. If self curing,
hold in place for 90 seconds. Place an oxygen inhibiting
gel over ResiLute to cure it at the margins.
- Immediately
remove any excess ResiLute
from the margins. If self-curing, continue to hold
indirect restorations in place for another 2-3 minutes.
- For
bonded amalgam restorations, apply ResiLute
to the adhesively prepared surface and immediately
condense the amalgam into the uncured cement.
