Pressure Syringe Technique
A thick mix of Pulpdent Root Canal Sealer is packed into the hub of the sterile needle.
Dentin Adhesive Interface

The needle hub is screwed into the Pressure Syringe barrel.
Dentin Adhesive Interface

Proper placement of Pressure Syringe needle 1-2 mm from apex.
Dentin Adhesive Interface

One-quarter turn of the screw plunger deposits sealer to the apex first. Radiograph shows positive apical seal. The needle is backed off to break contact with the sidewalls of the canal, and the remainder of the canal is then back filled to the orifice.
Dentin Adhesive Interface

1. The needle should fit snugly 1-2 mm from the apex. 2. Turn the screw plunger 1/4 turn clockwise. Wait 5 seconds. This fills the 1-2 mm at the apex.
3. Back off needle to break contact with sidewalls. Continue to turn the screw plunger until sealer appears at the orifice. 4. Using a cotton pliers, place a cotton pellet at the orifice. Withdraw the needle while turning the screw plunger.
