Loading carrier:
To load carrier, place finger under lever and press
barrel into restorative material. Press lever to expel
material from barrel.
Replacing barrel:
Remove white barrel by twisting barrel
counterclockwise. Replace barrel by depressing lever,
sliding barrel over black plunger and twisting it clockwise
onto the threaded black piece on the carrier.
Cleaning barrel:
Depress lever multiple times to scrape
down the insides of the barrel, or remove barrel and
clean out barrel with a pipe cleaner or other suitable
instrument, taking great care not to scratch the inside
of the plastic barrel.
Sterilization:
Remove the white plastic barrel, place
carrier handle in a sterilizer bag and autoclave. The
white plastic barrels should be placed in cold disinfecting
solution.
